Setting Up Monova DNS on Android

Open Settings
Tap the Settings app on your Android device.

Find the Private DNS Settings
In the search bar, type "Private DNS" and select it from the results. Alternatively, go to Network & Internet → Advanced → Private DNS.

Enter Your Private DNS Hostname
Select "Private DNS provider hostname" and enter your Monova DNS address (e.g., yourdns.monovadns.com).

Save and Verify
Tap Save. To verify it's working, visit your Monova DNS dashboard to see active connections.

Common Issues & Solutions
DNS Not Working After Setup
If your DNS isn't working after setup, try the following:
- Double-check your entered hostname for typos
- Restart your device after configuration
- Try disabling any VPN services temporarily
- Ensure your device is connected to the internet
Websites Not Being Blocked
If websites aren't being blocked as expected:
- Check if the domain is correctly added to your blocklist
- Clear your browser cache
- Ensure your device is actually using Monova DNS
- Remember that some apps may use their own DNS settings
Dashboard Not Showing DNS Activity
